Be, and Make our Work Transparent
LET'S BE, AND MAKE OUR 'THE WORK' ALSO, TRANSPARENT

The Current Crisis on our Swadhyay Parivar is really of very much concern. If we really love ' THE WORK' then we can not take it lightly. Dadaji had rightly said many times that the construction takes very long time but the destruction takes no time. Unfortunately, it has become in our case to some extent. People are raising their finger at all Swadhyayees.
Now, It is real time for Introspection. If we do not do it now and take any corrective action the society will not trust any selfless work for the coming thousand years.
I heartly suggest that from all the video kendras atleast two strong brother/ sister should meet together at one place and exchange their views and come to some sort of conclusion as to how the damage can be controlled/ rectified and how to go in future so that it can continue to give the real direction to the people to walk on the vedic way.
The persons to meet must have following criteria.
1) Must be faithful to THE WORK.
2) Must be Grateful to Rev. Dadaji
3) Must be strong enough to put his/ her views logically
in the interest of the work/ parivar.
4) Must be having clean image in the society as much as possible.
We all must raise our voice against someone describing the whole swadhyay parivar as GUNDA PARIVAR. Millions of people are doing the work selfless then how can one call us gunda parivar?
Also, now we must be "TRANSPARENT" in our individual life as well as Karya should be Transparent from all angles including financial matters so that no one, including print & electronic media, get any chance to question our work/ parivar.

I agree with you 100% we have to do something about this. It is THE WORK, it was THE WORK - and it WILL REMAIN THE WORK!!! We all should work together - this is the time we can show and prove our unity - and Dadaji's work.

I think an aura of arrogance has crept into our work over the past 10 years. We've created these cute slogans and mottos that help unify all Swadhyayees around central concepts like "This is THE work".
However, if we've learned anything through these challenging times, it has been the fact that Swadhyay is comprised of human beings who are capable of making mistakes. We do not have "super-humans" in our work that have already reached that stage of enlightenment. Therefore, our work is capable of making the same mistakes as all the other sampradhyays in the world.
Let's not be arrogant about ourselves and claim this to be THE work. Instead, we should be proud of our Vedic philosophy and the interpretation Dada (and therefore Swadhyay) has given to us and the world. Dada always claimed that one could come from any religion or practice, and easily pick-up the philosophy of Swadhyay to implement in their own religion. It is this very humble outlook of Dada that been the attractive aspect of Swadhyay. Let's not ruin it with our own arrogance to "seeminly" make a central motto to rile the mass.
If you believe this to be THE work, keep it to yourself. Don't put this stamp of arrogance on the purity of the work Dada has done.

I agree with the brother who said that arrogance has crept into our work.
We are all imperfect and mistakes are bound to happen. So let's be humble as well as confident enough to continue do the good work.

I think #1 comment - is more towards philosophy than anything else - There is no arrogance attach to that. We can look out and compare this philosophy with others and we should think. I agree that we all are bound to make a mistake.

I agree that we should take some steps against this violence and I am sorry but all leaders should not just sit and say "everything will be o.k." Even people in parivar looking for an answer. Why can't we take any steps?

Yes. this is good suggestion, indeed. why can not we all thing over calling responsible persons at one place and thing on next stop to save the parivar and work
Do not please think on the word only THE WORK and give your comments. think of the real aspect of saving the parivar and coming out of crisis.

I AGREE WITH MY BROTHER. WE MUST COME OUT OF THIS DILAMA IMMDTLY. IT IS HIGH TIME AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT SHOULD BE ISSUED CONDEMNING THE SAD INCIDENT AND RESTORE THE FAITH OF MILLIONS OF SWADHYAYEES BY CLEARLY STATING THAT PARIWAR IS NOT AT ALL INVOLVED AND EACH ONE OF THE FALSE PROPAGANDA ALLEGATIONS SHOUD BE ANSWERED WITH EXACT DATA & FIGURES.
IF WE WOULD HAVE BEEN TRANSPARENT FROM THE DAY ONE THIS SITUATION WOULD NOT HAVE ARISED AT ALL. IT IS HIGH TIME. IT IS NOW OR NEVER BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE WE MUST ACT AND LEAVE OUR OLD FASHIONED ATTITUDE THAT WHY SHOULD WE CLARIFY WHEN WE HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WRONG? IT IS WISE TO PROVE YOUR INNOCENCE, PARTICULARY AT TIMES WHEN ALL BAD THINGS/DOING ARE PASSED ON TO "SWYADHYAY".
OUR SLOGAN SHOULD CONTINUE TO REMAIN " GARVE SE KAHO HUM SWADHYAYEE HAI" AN ORDINARY SWADHYAYEE WANTS TO DO HIS BAHKTI AS HE HAS LEARNED FROM PUJYA DADAJI IN THE PUREST FORM AND HE IS NOT INTERESTED AT ALL IN THE ACCUMULATED IMPERSONAL WEALTH BUT INSTEAD HE WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CONTRIBUTE SOMETHING DEPENDING ON HIS CAPACITY BUT HE NEVER WANTS THIS DILEMA AND DOUBTS IN HIS MAIND ABOUT THE DIVINE "KARYA'
